01Who it is for

Who the $19.99 Plan Is For

It is for a system that still runs, and for an owner who does not want to be the one who remembers the seasons. If the equipment has already quit, that is a repair. Start with AC repair or heating repair.

  1. 01

The spring check keeps sliding into July

By then the coil is dirty and the capacitor is a guess.

  2. 02

The furnace has not been looked at in years

Fall is when we want to see the flame sensor, not the first morning it will not light.

  3. 03

You have a heat pump that does both jobs

One system, two seasons. The plan follows the equipment.

  4. 04

You want the visits on a calendar

Cooling before the long run of heat. Heating before the first cold night.

  5. 05

You want last year's notes to still be here

The same Elkins crew comes back. The plan is not a new company each season.

  6. 06

You would rather maintain it than meet it when it fails

A membership is the schedule. It is not a promise the system never breaks.

02The price

What $19.99 a Month Means

One number is published. The rest is a conversation, on purpose, so this page does not invent a discount we have not put in writing.

  • $19.99 a month

That is the membership price for one system. It is not $1,999, and it is not a one-time tune-up fee.

  • A cooling check before summer

The visit is timed for the season, not for the week the house is already hot.

  • A heating check before the cold

The heat gets a look while the system still lights.

  • A one-time visit is still maintenance

If you only need this season, start with HVAC maintenance.

  • One system

A second system or a light commercial building is a separate price. We quote that on the phone.

  • Confirmed before you enroll

How many visits, what the checklist covers, any repair discount, and how you cancel. We say it before the $19.99 starts.

Maintenance is not magic. It will not make a 20-year system young. It catches the cheap failures before July and before the first hard freeze. If the honest answer is replacement, we will say that on AC replacement or furnace replacement, not hide it inside a plan.

03Why here

Why a Plan Fits Northwest Arkansas

The year here is long cooling, a humid shoulder, and a winter that is mild until it is not. The plan is built for that year, not for a national calendar.

  1. 01Late spring through September is a long run for a cooling system
  2. 02The first hard freeze is a bad time to meet the furnace
  3. 03Humidity between the seasons is its own load on the equipment
  4. 04If replacement is the honest call, we say so instead of selling another year of tune-ups

04How it works

How You Enroll

A phone call. Not a checkout form that hides the checklist.

  1. Step 01

    Call or request service

Tell us the equipment and how many systems are in the house.

  2. Step 02

We say what the visit covers

You hear the checklist, and anything we are not including, before the $19.99 starts.

  3. Step 03

    We book the next season

Cooling before summer, heating before the cold. You pick the window.

What does $19.99 a month include?

The price is $19.99 a month. Before you enroll, we tell you how many visits that buys and what each visit checks. We are not publishing a repair discount or a cancellation rule on this page until that is the offer we actually use.

Is this the same as booking one tune-up?

No. A one-time cooling or heating check is HVAC maintenance. The membership is the ongoing plan. If you only need this season, start with maintenance.

Does one membership cover two systems?

The $19.99 price on this page is for one system. A second system, or a light commercial building, gets its own number when you call.

Will maintenance stop breakdowns?

No. A tune-up catches parts that are already weak and dirt that is already hurting the system. It does not make an old system new, and it does not stop every failure.
