If you would rather leave them up, we also install permanent lighting, a track along the roofline that stays up all year. It is a bigger project, so we quote it separately at the same free estimate. If it needs a new outlet, a licensed electrician handles that part.

What happens if it rains or ices on install day?
We move the date. Wet or icy gutters and a ladder do not mix, and a straight roofline is not worth a slip.
Where do the lights plug in?
Into the outdoor outlets the house already has. A plug-in timer can switch them on at dusk and off at bedtime. If the design needs power where there is no outlet, that is a job for a licensed electrician, and we will tell you at the estimate.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes. Taking the lights down after the season is part of the job, so January is ladder-free too.
Do you install permanent lighting?
Yes. If you would rather not hang and take down lights every year, ask about permanent lighting at your free estimate. We will quote it next to the seasonal option so you can compare.
